YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Experience of design lead user research and user journeys to ensure optimum experience

ACCOUNT MANAGER

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manage and maintain a portfolio of relationships with existing clients
  • Act as client’s first point of contact on all main strategic, creative and resource issues

  • Managing projects from beginning to end with support where appropriate
  • Responsible for the smooth running of the account – operationally, creatively and financially – and is answerable on these points to the client and to the Business Director
  • Be responsible for all client communications, conflict resolution, and compliance on client deliverables and revenue.
